Vallarai juice is commonly consumed by pregnant women in South India. Blend the leafs with pure honey and drink. Or blend the leafs and boil it with pure cow' s milk before drinking it. It is very beneficial for both mother and the unborn baby. The blended vallarai must be consumed within 30 minutes. The juice is not recommended to be refrigerated after blending. It will oxidise very fast which will remove all the benefits. However tge leafs can be refrigerated. Additional sugar can be added. Do not add lime juice with vallarai.
